I am Jason Gruner. I sell houses in Oak Hill, and I publish the numbers.

After years of listening to what clients actually want, I narrowed the job to two things. I use aggressive marketing so a listing sells for the best price and terms the closed sales will support. I help buyers find off market and coming soon houses in a market that still moves when the number is right.
I am a Luxury Property Specialist and a REALTOR ASSOCIATE® with the National Association of REALTORS®. The awards on the Coldwell Banker side, International Diamond Society, International President's Circle, and International President's Elite, are nice. The house that closed because we priced it on day one is the work I care about.
Live Oak Hill is the public desk for that work: active listings, pending, sold, and the monthly report. Every listing detail page carries the listing agent and the listing firm. If I listed it, my name is on it. If I did not, the other agent's name is on it.
